Holiday Craft Source

I received bad news about my Aunt this morning. She passed away early this morning. My husband and I are leaving to see my cousins this morning.

I will try to have a new craft project posted next weekend.

On Monday, May 19th, is Victoria Day here in Canada. Victoria Day has been a holiday in Canada since 1845 and is the official celebration of the birthdays of Queen Victoria and Queen Elizabeth II. You can learn more about Victoria Day here.

At Crayola there is a picture of Queen Victoria you can print out for the children to color.

My husband and I will be busy this weekend, working on cleaning up the yard, and perhaps going to a few garage sales.

Okay, I am sitting here thinking of what to write for my next blog, and Patches decides that she has to sit on my lap. Ever try typing with a cat on your lap, not an easy thing to do. I keep moving her off my lap and she just keeps coming back, so I decided that I should pet her for a few minutes and hopefully she will go away.
